Like nectarine slices on toasted crème fraiche, this Niagara Escarpment Chardonnay offers an interplay of the marvelous acidity that marks the cool 2009 vintage with soft, subtle cream and vanilla flavors. With a zest and vivacity uncommon in many Chardonnays, this is a great pairing for wild mushroom tagliatelle with fresh parmesan. 40% barrel aged, 60% Stainless Steel.
