Arrowhead Spring Vineyards 2008 Barrel Aged Vidal IceWine

A portion of our IceWine was set aside in reserve for further aging in Hungarian oak barrels for added complexity. Toasty floral scents and vanilla play beautifully with savory sesame notes and refreshing lemon tree aromas in this barrel-fermented Niagara icewine. Electric acidity cuts through the plush oak character for a long and vibrant finish. Serve with aged country cheeses or white chocolate with sea salt flecks to conclude a grand meal.
