Arrowhead Spring Vineyard 2010 Estate Syrah (Niagara Escarpment)

This wine was barrel fermented in small lots, with some of the grapes fermented in Puncheon style barrels. With nice fruit and overtones of blackberries, dark chocolate and white pepper, this Syrah will pair nicely with many meat dishes or a hearty pasta carbonara. Aged in oak for one year. Estate grown fruit.
